Product works fine but no next day delivery
I paid extra on a Friday to have next delivery day but was told it would not arrive until the next Thursday: annoying as my new Tablet PC could not be charged up.

However, when it arrived on the Tuesday, it worked fine and was more convenient than the not working supplied charger, as the USB cable was longer and power unit now has a red light to show it is working.

Hence my middling rating
